Liberia Business Registry (LBR) System’s overall management, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of LBR data network systems which include the entire server on networks. Includes Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other computer user at the various outstations.

The network is monitor to ensure traffic free and performance of network related systems and services to ensure all aspects meet LBR business needs. We do weekly Maintenance on the all the server including user computer to ensure that the computers are well maintained. If not, they easily fall prey to problems caused by heat, dust, viruses, misuse and fluctuating electrical supplies.

Manage system infrastructure including, databases, testing computer equipment, firewalls, malware and other software and hardware. Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that may arise. Monitor the system daily and respond quickly to any security breaches or usability concerns.

As a computer system administrator/ ICT support officer, we are responsible to maintain the workflow of LBR and keep its lines of communication open with Mwetana when any problems arise. We are responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially multi-user computers, such as the servers mention above.
